Each room rate includes a specially created breakfast for your needs and desires. Please give us your wishes at least three days in advance so we can have what you would like at the time you like.
Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 11am
All rooms are up one flight of stairs.

Room Rate
Room rate $165 with $100 required at time of booking via Venmo (@sue-gurnee)
Cancellation
The full amount of all deposits are refundable up to two weeks prior to visiting the Belle of Hot Springs. All other deposits are non-refundable.
Smoking
There is no smoking inside the Belle of Hot Springs with ample areas in our half acre garden for smokers to lounge.
Pet policy
No pets without prior approval and signed pet agreement. No exceptions.
Children
We gladly accommodate children over 13 years old. If you rent all bedrooms at the Belle of Hot Springs we waive the age restriction.
CHESTNUT HALL / CHESTNUT BOARD ROOM

Planning an event? It's our pleasure to send you pricing information for your particular needs. We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, Check or Cash. Deposit required of 50% of Event total at least three week before Event. The Dayrate for Chestnut Hall Board Room is $160. For five days $800 and an adionall cleaning fee of $50. Taxes are included.

There is no smoking inside Pine Hall and the commercial kitchen with ample areas outside of the courtyard.

No pets without prior approval and signed pet agreement. No exceptions. Only registered service animals allowed in Pine Hall. No animals in the kitchen!
